TIAYO is a member of both the Nigeria Bar Association and the Cameroon Bar Association. She holds an LLB. from the University of Yaounde II in Soa and a Master in Applied Taxation from the Institut Universitaire de la Cote. She currently heads the Corporate Taxation practice of the firm.
Before joining Keystone Tax and Legal, she worked in three law firms in three different cities in Cameroon. First, she worked at the Talla law office located in the coastal city of Limbe, where she was greatly involved in Banking and Finance law, providing legal advice and assistance to some major banks and financial institutions. She then moved to the Bamenda based office of Dignity Law Chambers where, as a notary-public, she was greatly involved in property transactions and corporate relationships before moving to Cabinet Teumen Honorine in Douala where she sharpened her knowledge in both civil and criminal litigation.
With all this experience that she has gathered over the the years, she is perfect consultant on legal affairs in our diverse landscope with its mixture of Common Law and Civil Law.
She is a the corporate consultant of a number of major transportation companies in Cameroon.
Tiayo is perfectly bilingual in both English and French. She enjoys music and painting.
